That is fantastic news!! Congratulations on your sale!

In most cases I will include an initial price when approaching end-users.

Absolutely not - the goal of an investor should be to find someone who recognizes the value in their investment. Just think - if car dealers only sold to other car dealers it wouldn't make much sense. That is why car dealers sell to end-users. If you only sell your domain names to domain investors you could be missing-out on people or companies that might be very interested in developing your domain!

Well said. I used the same technique 2 weeks ago & sold my domain MesotheliomaNewYork.com for $1,500

Many appraised this for less value. But actually there was a battle between law firms to accuire this .

I'm using the same method for MesotheliomaTexas.com & started getting offers.

So this method works well

Is it not dangerous to target end-users? I just read that the owner of project.me attempted to sell it to an end-user, and when they could not come up with a sales price, the end-user went to arbitration.

End-users beware. Domainers are coming in strong!! I've been doing this for a while and I've had a few GOOD sales. Just look at what domains are going for at bido.com... all domainers flipping domains to other domainers, for ridiculously low prices. I've had a couple of domains that no one bid on up on auction, that I ended up selling to end-users for $xxx and even $xxxx. We all know this industry is about to take a big turn on how domains are monetized. looking forward for the next couple of years... dnwired.com launching very soon!!

Hi, Thanks for sharing this tip. I have applied this 10 days ago & sold my domain MesotheliomaNewYork.com for $1,500.

It was appraised for few hundred dollars at few forums. But there was a big competion between law firms to buy it. Even after the sales I got offers for high bid. I should have waited and get more money.

However I'm happy that this method works well.

Now I started this technique for my next domain MesotheliomaTexas.com & started receiving offers. But this time I will negotiate properly and sell.

This method suits especially for keyword domains
