Hello, Happy Saturday and welcome to my weekend musings here on MorganLinton.com. Daina and I are visiting with my family in Northern California for Thanksgiving, last night we went out to see some live music in Berkeley a few blocks away from my Mom’s house (see photo above).
This is a working weekend for us since Black Friday and Cyber Monday are big shopping days for Fashion Metric. We have been busy working with customers which makes working over the holiday weekend very well worth it. Running an eComm business means that when most people are taking a break you are going to be in high gear. That being said, the rush of new customer orders is never getting old so we’re definitely loving every minute of it.
Tomorrow is Daina’s Birthday and we will get a little break in the action for an adventure in San Francisco followed by dinner on 4th Street in Berkeley.
Also today is the last day to lock-in the $199 registration price for NamesCon. I am really looking forward to this show, Richard is a good friend and an incredible person and I know this is going to be one for the record books. The price goes up to $399 tomorrow so if you’ve been on the fence I recommend getting off it and buying a ticket today!
