		<description>Thanks for your question Stuart! I look for global search volume and use 1,000 as my general threshold. The only exception to this is if I think a particular keyword may become a trend soon - this was true with a lot of my Stimulus Check domain names.</description>

My strategy is GUT.  The only thing I check before my gut is parking stats.  If it is making money and it pays for itself I&#039;ll renew.  If not I&#039;ll look at it for the name and go by gut feeling.</description>
