I received a barrage of emails this weekend from people all asking the same question – “where is our weekly video!” For those who don’t know I competed in the Santa Barbara Triathlon this weekend. It was my first triathlon and left me a bit too tired on Sunday to create a coherent video.
I created a video for my personal blog and thought I would share it on here as well. After a little over six months of intense training it felt great to compete. Now I have “the bug” as they call it and am already scoping-out my next triathlon. Hope you enjoy the video – definitely a very proud moment for me and I’d highly suggest it for anyone who really wants to push themselves to their limits!
