While Apple used to be a bit slow on the draw at picking up domains that violated existing Trademarks they have been a lot more vigilant over the past few years. This means that it really is only a matter of time until you lose the domain and run the risk of a pricey lawsuit coming your way as well. This is one of those situations where spending $1,000 could cost you a few hundred thousand dollars and last time I checked that’s the opposite of an investment.
