Hello, happy Friday, and welcome to Flippa Friday here on MorganLinton.com. I have some great names for you this week including a few I had to do some real digging for to find. Remember, it’s not always the names with all the bids that are the best opportunities and like most of you I’m always looking for that diamond in the rough.
Onwards to my domain picks from Flippa for this week!
ArtCritic.com – I’ll be honest, there is a very good chance I’ll be bidding on this name. There are a lot of art critics out there but only one ArtCritic.com. I like two-word .COMs, have always seen good liquidity with them and I think there are a lot of potential buyers for this name.
Hits.fm – I have covered this domain in the past and the time has come for it to sell. Currently at $705 with 57 bids and 22 hours to go. While I don’t think you should own more than 2-3 .FM names, Hits is one of them.
Message.com – this is a big name, and I like it. Currently at $41,000 and still hasn’t hit its reserve. This name could without a doubt sell in the mid six-figure range, the question is how much will someone pay to acquire it now.
CarGames.guru – I like .guru names and while I’m not much of a gamer myself I know some people who are fanatical about it. Of course what really matters is market size and let’s just say the car games market is huge. Only buy this if you plan to develop it yourself as the jury is still out on the resale value of new gTLDs. That being said the domain is at $235 with 13 days to go so there’s a good chance the guy who registered it will make at least 10x ROI in the end.
RealEstateForeclosures.com – one of the best 3 word .COMs out there IMO. Currently at $8,500 with five days to go.
That.com – yes, that’s right, that.com is for sale on Flippa. Currently at $12,000 with four days left in the auction. Definitely a very solid name, it will be interesting to see where this ends up.
