Hello, Happy Friday and welcome to another Flippa Friday here on MorganLinton.com! Every week I look for what I think are some of the best domain deals on Flippa and share them with all of you. I only recommend domains that I would buy myself and in some cases I will be bidding on names I recommend. With new gTLDs already hitting Flippa I can tell you it is going to be one exciting year. Here are my top domain picks for this week:
Revenue.info – very solid one-word .INFO, these sell for $5,000 – $10,000 all the time and at $2,150 with four days to go I could see this going at very competitive price. Nice development potential or a good flip.
Hits.fm – I’m not usually a fan of .FM however with companies like Last.fm and many more using .FM as their home-base I can see the value in this TLD for music-related keywords. I think there’s probably only 5-6 keywords I would really want in .FM and “hits” is one of them. If it sells for under $500 there’s a good chance I’ll be the guy who bought it 🙂
iCases.com – smartphone cases are a huge and growing market and this is without a doubt one of the best brand names you could get for a smartphone case company. I’d probably want to own iCase.com as well but iCases.com is the better of the two IMO.
KYM.com – did I mention that I absolutely love short .COMs? This is a nice one and has good flip potential given that it’s still under $15k.
Investor.holdings – as I’ve said many times before I don’t think most of the new gTLDs are going to be worth anything. That being said for $50 – $100 I could see this being a nice speculative investment and since it’s hit the reserve at only $12 someone might be able to snag this one for $20-$30 which would be a pretty good deal IMO. All that being said, don’t expect a huge return on your investment, new gTLDs are big risks so be prepared to lose every penny you put into them. If you want a reliable return stick to something like iCases.com or KYM.com.

The best .fm is Soul.fm
and it’s ours. Listen to music all day on your phone, PC.
No talk. No ad. No bull.
