Flippa Friday: Sticker.net, Draw.com, Salsa.com, WeddingVows.com and More

Flippa Friday

Hello, happy Friday, and welcome to Flippa Friday here on MorganLinton.com! This week I think there are more premium domains on Flippa than I’ve ever seen before. For domain investors with a bit larger budgets there are without a doubt some stellar deals and some flips that I could easily see going into the six-figure range.

Salsa.com – I love this name. Sure, it could make a kick-ass home for a Salsa company but it’s also great brandable an app-maker or startup that wants an easy to spell and remember brand name.

Sticker.net – as I’ve said many times, I’m not a huge .NET fan but I do like a solid one-word .NET like this one. At $2,000 with 18 bids and just under a day to go it is clear that one-word .NETs still have very solid resale value. Of course if this was a .COM it would be at $20,000.

Draw.com – do I really need to explain this one? Stellar 4L .COM.

Toys.io – are you starting to learn that I like short domains? Sure .IO isn’t going to resell for anything close to what a .COM will but this is a nice short name that would be perfect for an app-maker in the toy space.

CreditMonitoringPro.com – credit monitoring is one heck of a lucrative affiliate niche. This is a set of five credit monitoring domains for sale as a set. Really the perfect buy for an affiliate marketer that is already making money in the credit monitoring space or who wants to (note – this is my own auction).

Websites.info – it’s not secret that .INFO domains turned-out to have some very nice resale value in the aftermarket. I could see this as a great home for a site that gives you information (similar to Alexa) about websites.

Find.info – another solid .INFO, don’t forget that Find.com sold for a whopping $1.2M.

VacationRentals.ca – think of how much a typical vacation home rental costs? I’d say the average is probably around $2,500 – $5,000 per week depending on where you look but of course it can be a lot more expensive. This name is already at $5,000 with 22 days to go and IMO is one of the best two-word .CA names you could get your hands on.

WeddingVows.com – this is a huge name and a good example of how incredibly valuable solid two-word .COMs can be. Currently at $29,000 but hasn’t hit reserve yet.

I hope you all are having a nice end to your week! We are heading over to Halfmoon Bay for a camping adventure with my friends from High School (yes, we’re all still buddies!) and then off to meet my new niece for the first time. I can’t wait!

I like .IO domains but I dont see toys.io going too much higher. Why? Because the word “toys” and the extension .IO, while they are nice together, arent exactly like a data.io or hack.io or gadget.io or even highspeed.io, gizmo.io or widget.io just as an example. Toys seems so broad for .IO I could be wrong but its what I am thinking. I dont see it going over into 4 figures and if it does not very far. Still, its not a bad ROI.
