Hello from 30,000 feet – On My Way To New York City For Lean Startup Machine!

This weekend I was very excited to find-out that I had been accepted into Lean Startup Machine in New York City. This has to be one of the most innovative programs I’ve ever heard of coupling educating with real-life experience for what many are calling a “weekend MBA” and Lean Startup Bootcamp.

It is events like these that I have been working hard to be a part of. After attending Startup Lessons Learned in San Francisco this year I was profoundly inspired. The lean startup world is something I want to be a part of and apply to my own business and future businesses. We are at a time in our history where the roadblocks to innovation are coming down and turning a great idea into reality can happen quicker than ever before.

However, I’m far from being a lean startup expert so I’m doing everything I can to learn more about the lean startup movement and being a part of Lean Startup Machine is really a dream come true for me.

The adventure starts tomorrow night when I will be attending a networking session at Hive At 55, a Coworking space in Lower Manhattan where the event will be taking place. I can’t wait to meet some of the other entrepreneurs in the program and I’m even more excited to pitch my idea which I’ll talk about more after the pitch.

Stay-tuned as I’ll be providing daily updates from Lean Startup Machine and hopefully some pictures and videos to help you feel like your here even if your thousands of miles away. Get ready New York City, here I come!
