In case you missed the memo, Efty has been adding some pretty rad features lately

Okay, I know what you’re thinking, “Morgan said rad.” I did. I think it’s back, isn’t it? Well if it isn’t, you can let me know that I sound like someone from the early 90’s and I’ll strip it from my vocab, but for now I’m going with it. I also think it’s one of the best words to describe what’s been going on at Efty, the world’s largest commission-free domain name marketplace.

Efty Dashboard

I’ve known Doron, one of Efty’s founders for quite some time now and one thing that’s always impressed me about him is his passion for learning from users and delivering features based on what people want. I’m also kinda surprised Doron doesn’t raise his prices because, as a long-time user I feel like I’m now using the pro version of the product given how many features have been added since I started.

So I wasn’t too surprised when I read a recent announcement from Efty that they had taken in a bunch of user feedback and rolled out some new features. Here’s a highlight reel of what’s new:

Installments + Lease-to-own on your Efty-powered marketplace

Adding installments/lease-to-own was one of the most-requested features by Efty users and they added it back in July. If you missed that announcement you can read more about it here. Now Efty has upped the ante by adding this functionality to Efty-powered marketplaces.

If you don’t know what Efty-powered marketplaces are, this is a pretty slick feature offered by Efty that allows you to  create your own marketplace with your domains. If you want to see a sample Efty marketplace take a look at namerockstar.com.

Your sessions will now stay alive longer

So this is one feature I was hoping for 🙋‍♂️ I’ve found that when I’m doing updates to my portfolio in Efty I end up re-logging in a bunch. Well, it sounds like I wasn’t alone with this one and Efty has made the move to longer sessions so we can jam on our portfolios all day.

Efty and DAN.com

You can kick-off DAN.com transactions with 5% commission directly from your Dashboard

Efty and DAN.com are a really great combo, and now you can initiate transactions directly from your Efty Dashboard. Doron even made a snazzy video walking you through the process, it’s pretty darn easy, you can take a look below to see it in action:

So what’s next for Efty?

In their most recent blog post they said they’ve been taking in user feedback about ways to improve their marketplace themes and there’s a brand new one in the works. As usual, all these new features are available for all Efty customers for no additional fee.

Thanks to Doron and Lionel for another awesome set of updates, keep it coming guys! 🙌
