Logan Flatt is on a roll – he’s sold 20 domains in the last 30 days on DNWE

Domain Investor Logan Flatt has thrived over the years, and one of the things that has always impressed me about him is his ability to adapt and innovate. On Friday, Logan shared on Twitter that he’s sold 20 domain names over the past 30 days on DNWE.com.

So how did he do it? I’ll let you read the tweet:

Logan Flatt domain sales

Like Logan said, he’s selling “OK” domain names at bargain prices. This makes sense since DNWE is a marketplace for domain investors so pricing names at wholesale is key. On top of that, Logan has a good eye for domains, particularly two-word .COMs and I’m thinking this is probably what he’s moving the most of if I were to guess.

The domains, their prices, and the sales data is kept private on DNWE so we won’t know exactly what this added up to but if I were to take a guess, I’d say he’s probably selling these for say $250/each which means he’s made a cool $5,000 over the last month, at least, maybe more. Correction: the minimum price on DNWE is $299 so Logan made at least six thousand bucks!

As we all know, if you’re going to sell to other domain investors, pricing at or below wholesale is the key to moving names. I’ve seen too many people try to sell domains to other investors at retail pricing, and, not surprisingly, it never flies. Congrats to Logan, sounds like one heck of a month!

The minimum on DNWE is $299 so I’m thinking his avg is a bit higher πŸ˜‰

Thanks for the mention Logan and congrats to Logan on an excellent month!

Trueeee, so many novice domain investors who want retail from other investors. Or want you to make the first offer, which I personally don’t think is the best way to sell domains to other domain investors, especially after I reaffirm I’m looking for a wholesale great deal.

You get the price for a lame comment today. Domain investors don’t do domain sales other than retail. If you’re going around looking to buy dirt cheap domains, here is the news for you; you’re most likely buying your domain from a pro. Domain investors know that 1. domaining is a long term investment. 2. The right buyer comes along even if it takes longer 3. They out right ignore those who post “$100 for your best domain” posts. So dont be parting your own back. Chances are, what you’re buying thinking its a great wholesale domain name, the smart seller is dumping it on you!!

Selling under $1000 is what buying domain investor reselling for $2500 to $5000.

He is selling them at a loss or break even, not making any money, just churning commissions

just sold one domain on DNWE.com today
I think this is good place to buy and sell for domainers indeed!

Domaining is not for faint hearts.
Most likely people dump their crap domains and suckers end up buying cheap thinking they are getting a deal on these wholesale sites.

I rather wait and sell just a handful of domains at HIGH PRICES and retain my inventory rather than sell a lot at low prices and deplete my inventory. I have sold domains for pretty high price when estibot appraises it for about $100. I sold a domains for almost $100k (a little less, it’s under NDA so can’t write exact details) that estibot appraised for $140. Go figure!

With inventory like SangliMirajKupwad.Com for $88,888, you should be prepared to wait as long as Methuselah.
