Morgan’s Flippa Five: Brandable domains for startups

brandable-domains

Payment.io – it’s no secret that .IO has become a major force in the startup world, especially for companies that make things for developers. I could see this being one badass name for a startup in the payment processing space or any API that has something to do with payments, hard to find a better one (except for Pay.io) in the .IO space.

Bons.com – easy to remember, easy to spell, a solid four letter .COM. I think I’ve said it a million times but I’ll say it again, one-word .COMs are my absolute favorites, especially short ones!

During.com – 18-year old one word .COM, everyone can remember and spell this one and it could be used in a variety of different niches.

FarmsForSale.com – okay, call me crazy on this one…but hear me out. If you’re looking for a house or an apartment, you’d probably search for something like homes for sale or apartments for sale. If you’re looking for a farm, I think you’d do the same thing and farms often sell for a lot more than a single home or apartment. That being said – this is a very niche specific domain so if you’re not in the business in selling farms it might not be for you…if you are, this is the name you’ve been dreaming of.

TVR.com – three letter .COM, these are valuable no matter how you slice it. I don’t love the V in the middle but I still like it and that “V” probably means it will sell for a lot less than you’re typical three word .COM that is all consonants.
