Morgan’s Flippa Five: SEO.io, Pharmaceuticals.com, Nachos.com

Hello, happy Saturday and welcome to Morgan’s Flippa Five. This is my first Flippa Five of 2015 so I’ve made sure to really do some digging today to find four exceptional names and one that I just think is cool. With that, let’s get to the names.

3 Domains with good resale potential

Pharmaceuticals.com – it’s no secret that the Pharmaceutical industry is one of the largest in the world. While this is a long one-word .COM it addresses a massive market and this definitely has solid resale potential for someone willing to wait. I don’t see this as a quick flip but I do see it having monster resale potential if sold to the right buyer.

Nachos.com – anyone feeling hungry? Solid one-word .COM and a great brand that could be used for just about anything. Just like nobody would initially think Amazon.com would be a place to buy just about anything, Nachos.com really could be used for just about anything. Oh and it happens to be 19 years old which never hurts.

Installed.com – while I don’t like past-tense domains as much I do think this one makes sense. It’s easy to spell and easy to remember but it would take a buyer with a fairly specific use case to buy this one. Still it could make a solid flip but don’t expect it to sell for as much as the other two listed above.

1 Domain I think has good development potential

SEO.io – there’s a reason why this domain is already at $9,999, it’s without a doubt one of the best .IO names to hit Flippa and it has lots of great development potential. Not sure I need to explain a lot about this one, SEO is one of the top three letter keywords on the Internet and this could be used for anything from an SEO agency to an information site with SEO techniques.

1 domain I like personally but may not have much investment value

Helicopters.net – I do think .NETs are going to get hit hard in a world with so many new domain extensions but I do think this would be a fun one to own for anyone that is a helicopter fan themselves.
