What I’m Doing to Cash-In On Black Friday

It’s the day America is famous for and for good reason, we have consumers like nobody else in the world. I personally have never been a big Black Friday fan since I’m an online shopper so cyber Monday is really the holiday for me.

That being said I was happy to see a great black friday deal happening online that I had to take advantage of. The deal I’m talking about is Hostgator’s Black Friday sale.

I’ve been a loyal Hostgator customer for quite a while now and host a ton of sites with them. The Hostgator Control Panel makes it unbelievably easy to install things like WordPress with the click of a button. Now Hostgator is normally a great deal but today only they are offering up to 80%-off of their services.

This deal was too good for me to pass-up so I’ve actually paid for an entire three years at a HUGE discount. In the end my business will save a fortune in hosting fees and I don’t have to make a payment for my hosting service until 2013! Here are some of the deals being offered for Black Friday:

Reseller Hosting – $24.95/month AS LOW AS $4.99/month

VPS Hosting – $19.95/month AS LOW AS $3.99 First Month

Dedicated Servers – $174/month AS LOW AS $34.80 First Month

Cash-In on Hostgator’s Black Friday Deals

This is not a sponsored post, this is actually a deal that I took advantage of today and I think everyone doing development should too. It can save your business hundreds of dollars over a few years and connect you with the best hosting company in the business.

These are affiliate links, if you don’t want to give me any credit for showing you these deals you can go to Hostgator and exclude me completely from the equation. However that’s not very nice 🙂

Okay, now back to an intense game of scrabble with my Mom and Daina! Have a great Thanksgiving weekend everyone!

Did you really cash in on the deal? I ordered the minute the deal became available and did not get it due to the order page timing out… from what I’ve read in forums and online almost no one got it. They only had 100 80% off accounts and over 3000 people tried to order within the first minutes…

I was frustrated at first, but then got the 50% off deal at 11 pm 🙂 They will have 50% off again on cyber monday (nov. 29) if you missed it.
