DomainingTips Auction Ends Tomorrow!

DomainingTips.com has partnered with SnapNames to offer some incredible domains at rock-bottom prices…and the auction ends tomorrow! The owner of DomainingTips.com is auctioning-off some of his best domains to support a new project he is looking to get off the ground in 2010. With only a day left there are plenty of great deals to be had – here are a few of my favorites:

Mesas.mx (“Tables” in Spanish)
RockDrums.com
SuedeChairs.com
ArmChair.net
Necklace.net

I’m a big fan of .mx and this auction has some of the best .mx names I’ve ever seen! The .mx market is going to be one to watch in 2010 and I think this auction probably offers the lowest prices we’re likely to see this year.

There is only one day left so take a look and see if you can’t just find the domain you’ve been looking for!

maybe I’m wrong, but they don’t seem to tell you how much the renewal fee will be for the .mx they are auctioning. Imagine the surprise some might get.

Morgan, thanks a lot for blogging about the auction and I definitely agree that the .mx market has an extremely bright future. After all, Mexico is the world’s #10 economy, who wouldn’t want a piece of the action?

And Chris, don’t worry, the .mx domains are in good hands. All of them are registered at GoDaddy ($49.99/year) and as opposed to other cctlds (with other cctlds, you sometimes have to do business with obscure and more or less shady domain name registration companies), the fact that you are working with a reputable registrar means a lot. Sure, you could pay less than $49.99/year if you were to choose another domain name registration company but since the .mx domains I’m auctioning are extremely valuable, I’d advise against taking chances.

    Andrei,

Thanks for replying and yes I agree about sticking with Godaddy. And 49.99 is a reasonable renewal fee. I just know when they started releasing names it started around $1000 and went down every week. Thanks again and Good luck!
